• Wu-wei-zi (Schizandra chinesis) is an effective adaptogen, supporting the body's ability to cope with stress and improving overall systemic functioning. Adults and Teenagers over 15: Take 2 tablets 2-3 times daily

Children 12 - 15: Take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily
