I have been using the liquid black castor oil, and although it works, I didn't really care for the consistency..it was thick and sticky. So I thought I'd give the hair food a try. I love the hair food. It's easy to apply and leaves no tacky or sticky feel. My hair is shiny, soft and moisturized. I "grease" my scalp with this twice a week. I will be ordering again. Wish it came in an 8oz size! Try it...you'll be glad you did.
