Shipping & Returns

Shipping

*** FREE SHIPPING POLICY *** 

Free Shipping is for US addresses only on orders over $60. It will be to our discretion whether shipping will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Please see our General Shipping Policy for further details on order processing and shipment.


*** GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY ***

Once an order is received and payment complete, the order will be fulfilled and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification of shipment. If for whatever reason there will be a delay in fulfillment beyond 3 business days, we will notify you to let you know.  

 Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding any US holidays that fall on those days. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Orders that come in Saturdays and Sundays will be processed for shipment the next business day.

==> Please note that during sales, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. However, we strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. Order status inquiries are welcome.



US Domestic Customers  

-- We now ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking numbers that you will receive upon shipment notification.

-- US Customers who choose USPS have the option of Parcel Post, First Class, or Priority Mailing. Typical delivery will range from as fast as 1 day to as long as 9 days, as delivery time will be dependent upon method chosen at checkout.

-- Priority Mailing can sent in Flat Rate boxes to save on shipping costs. Our store uses USPS Real Time Shipping Rates for quoting shipping costs at checkout. Because of this, Priority Flat Rates do not appear. In the case where your rates are above the cost of a Flat Rate box (medium or large only) AND provided that your order will fit in one of these boxes, then we will make the necessary adjustments post sale. Our business is to have satisfied customers, not make extra dollars on shipping costs.

-- For customers choosing UPS for delivery, you will have a choice of Ground, Next Day, or 3 Day delivery. Please note that we are passing along our UPS discounts to you.



International Customers 

-- All international orders will be shipped via USPS. Depending on the total weight of the order, you will have a choice of First Class International, Priority International, or International Express Mail. If selecting First Class International, although it is the cheapest methos, please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days. Priority Mailing is generally 6-8 days. USPS DOES NOT offer any kind of tracking for First Class International or Priority International. You will receive a customs confirmation number that informs of acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

-- Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible, as mail delays are beyond our control.

-- Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.

For ALL CUSTOMERS -Please be aware that once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for those packages. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages will not be our responsibility. If you have a concern over this occurring, USPS offers insurance for purchase. UPS has insurance included up to $100.


We will not be responsible for wrong addresses provided to our system. We will be happy to reship the order once the prior order is received and when the buyer pays for cost of reshipping. This is irregardless of method of shipping chosen.


USPS offers a delivery confirmation system WHICH IS NOT THE SAME as a standard tracking system. There are times when the package status will not be updated by USPS until actual delivery. Inquiries concerning location of a package after a delivery confirmation has been received should be directed to USPS.

 


Returns

 *** RETURN POLICY ***

We will accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery EXCLUDING our cassia, indigo, rajasthani henna, hibiscus, and fenugreek powders, which are non-returnable. All items must be unopened, unused, and in the condition that they were delivered in order to receive proper credit. Return shipment costs will be the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns of products after 7 days.
