Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note that we do not ship to every country. If your country does not appear when choosing a shipping option, then we do not ship to it. Some countries have restrictions on herbal products coming into their country and other countries are prohibited from doing business by law. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/ADO?
Yes! However, please be sure that your address is given to the guidelines set by the postal service and your military post to ensure receipt. If there is trouble with inputing your military address, please be sure to make a note in the comments of the correct address for shipment.
How can I be notified of new items or when items are back in stock?
Join our mailing list! Subscribe to our newsletter and you will then receive updates... many times before its public knowledge! Customers who have purchased with us will automatically be added. You can unsubscribe at any time by opting out when an email from us arrives or simply letting us know that you do not want to be on the mailing list. My hair is relaxed, colored, and/or chemically treated. Can I use these herbs on my hair?
Yes, you can. However, we always recommend that you do research on what methods will work best for your hair as hair that has been chemically treated has different needs. No two heads are exactly alike and what works for one will not work for all.
I paid by an e-Check and my account shows that the money was taken out, so why hasn't my product shipped?
Although funds may have been withdrawn from your account shortly after paying via e-Check, it may take Paypal 3-5 days to clear the transaction on our side. Until funds are available and the status is changed from Pending to Complete, the order will not ship. It should also be noted that international orders may take 7 days or more to clear.
Why am I being charged a sales tax?
All orders shipping to Florida addresses will be charged a sales tax per state of Florida regulations. Orders shipping anywhere outside of Florida will not be charged a sales tax.
My product has a date of March '09 and its now June 2010! Is this product old and expired?
No. Many companies in India print the manufactured date on the box and then state on the packaging "Best use before 3 years from Manufacturing date" or something similar. This is how they express an expiration date. So if you look on the product packaging you will see somewhere the wording "Best use before 3 years from Mfg. date" or some variation thereof. With the manufactured date being Mar '09, for example, the product is good through February 2012. It is safe to use.
You can be assured that we only stock and sell fresh products at AyurNatural Beauty and would throw out expired products before attempting to sell them to the public. We have a reputation to uphold and plan on being around a long time.
I am located in your area. Can I just pickup my products?
No. There is no retail location for customers at this time. ALL orders must be shipped, even for local orders.

I need my order sent TODAY because....
We process orders in the order in which they were received. Our policy states 3 business days to ship orders from the day they were received. Again, business days DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. If an order is placed on Friday and Monday is a holiday, that order shipping on Thursday still falls within our 3 business day shipping policy. Please plan accordingly for when you will need to receive an order. Additionally, express mail is a selectable option for orders that need to arrive faster than regular mailing times would deliver. Note that choosing express mail or any other faster shipping method DOES NOT speed up the time for your order to be processed. The processing time remains in effect regardless of what shipping method is chosen. See our Shipping Policy here for further details.
Can I call-in or fax-in my order?
No. All orders must be made online through our system. We accept Paypal, Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX. We understand concerns about privacy and identity theft. Our site is secured and orders are processed through the SSL page.
I couldn't find where to enter the discount code OR I forgot to enter my discount code
Discount codes are entered on the cart page at the top in the box below the words 'Coupon Code'. You must click the 'Go' button in order for the discount to apply. Only after the discount has been applied should you then click on 'Proceed To Checkout'. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order is placed. If there is an issue with using your discount code, please contact us BEFORE completing your order. A completed order is acceptance of the terms, conditions, AND prices of the sale.
The discount code I have did not apply to my Native Remedies product. Is it broken?
No. Native Remedies products are already discounted according to a seperate scale. We cannot give further discounts on Native Remedies products than what is already given.

If you have a special situation surrounding your order, that you know is out of the norm, do not expect for them to be followed just because you placed an order. Please send an email and inquire if it is possible to accomodate the situation first BEFORE placing the order.
Can I split my order?
No. If items need to go to 2 separate addresses then 2 separate orders need to be placed. Also, 2 orders made will not total free shipping for the orders. Free Shipping applies to the order that was over $60 going to one location. The other order going to the seperate address would need to pay for its shipping.
I have questions about a product and really would rather speak to someone on the phone instead of sending an email
Unfortunately, this cannot be accomodated. The staff is not on hand to handle product inquiries. Also, please bear in mind that AyurNatural Beauty does not manufacture products. Our primary function is a retailer offering access to products. We carry products that are in demand by our customers. While we may have knowledge of certain items in our inventory and do our best to help, we do not know everything there is to know about every single product in our inventory. Personal research is always advised.
